There is no combination of colors that will make people instantly want to buy your products and services.
Now that’s out of the way let’s talk about the best range of colors for your brand.

How Many Colors Does My Brand Need?
The easy answer is 4-6 colors.
The bigger question is how will you know which colors will appeal to your audience?
This gets into brand strategy and the why of your brand.
Anyone can pick out pretty colors or select an attractive color palette but your colors alone won't be what keeps people around.
They will admire the colors on your website but if you don't have something else to back up your authority and claims in your brand space?
After they are done admiring your design they will look for expertise with good design somewhere else!
Don't get me wrong- I love a good color palette!

Eventually my color palette and mood board were created based on many factors.
The ones I focused on most were my audience and making my brand a little bit different in the Squarespace web design space.
Now that you know how many colors you need for your brand I would love to hear your thoughts.
Let me know if you love creating color palettes or prefer to have someone else make them for you.
