Super Easy Ways To Learn Everything About Web Design
As a 10 year old, I was on the swim team at the YMCA during the summer. I've always loved swimming so this was a fun activity for me. I also got to win ribbons at swim meets which satisfied my competitive edge.
One day at practice our coaches told us we were going to swim a mile. I knew how far it was to run a mile but to swim a mile? The task seemed beyond impossible.
It took almost the whole practice but we all did it! This reminds me of all sorts of other things I thought were insurmountable and how I still achieved them.
For you that might be launching a business, designing your website or another giant project that has tons of moving parts you don't even know where to start.

Blogs
This one shouldn't be a surprise. A blog telling you that blogs are awesome, meta much?
I've learned so much from blog posts with a wide range of different topics. When I'm searching for answers on the internet I love a good blog breaking down the steps I need to take.
I love to read and enjoy sinking my teeth into a long juicy post about a topic I'm struggling with. Breaking it up with fun images or stock photos helps keep it engaging too.
Actually the first website I created was my blog! It's mostly dormant now but it was fun to create and learn with.
Videos
The next level up from blog posts is videos. If something is visual and easier to explain by following along with a video tutorial or screen share that should be a no brainer!
The best combination, if you can find it, is the blog and video. I love to go down YouTube rabbit holes for random topics or just entertaining creators I can't get enough of.
It's so easy to binge video content, hello TikTok and Instagram, which is why I continue to use Reels and video content in my content marketing strategy.
Webinars
Static posts on the internet are fun but I also enjoy learning in real time with an expert guiding me and telling me all the juicy details about their subject.
I can't tell you how many free classes and webinars I've participated in because they are so fun and informative!
During the early days of the pandemic I signed up for at least one webinar a week just because I was bored and working from home.
I love learning so soaking up all the information I can is so fun.
